The room was booked by my son as a Mother's Day gift. My stay was amazing. The staff accommodated all my needs. The breakfast was also great, I loved all the food options. The room was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable. It was some of the best sleep I had. I thank you for a most memorable and needed experience.

I got Married here I booked a suite it was super nice. Separate bedroom living room area kitchen was a bonus. The view was not the best but did meet my expectations. The bed was so comfortable and pretty spacious. Overall it was a good experience staff was very friendly and helpful. Zero problem with checking in and the hotel was respectful of all COVID guidelines. There however was the fire alarm that went off at 4 am...it was crappy and cold out so happy it was a false alarm and I didn't have to stand in the rain on my wedding night. Check out was as 12 which helped with catching up on some much needed rest. I would recommend staying here. I plan on coming back on my 1 year anniversary.

The one bedroom apartment was huge and beautiful. Services were great. Happy Hour at the bar was really good. Although neighborhood was kinda sketchy, but it was only 12 minutes to Albert Einstein hospital and medical school where I was visiting. Staff were helpful. The cleaning ladies were great. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Great for long stay.

Love the off street location. It feels like a private road away from the rest of the Bronx. The hotel is gorgeous from the lobby to the room!! Completely exceeded my expectations. The FULL kitchen and living room area make it feel like our own little studio apartment. And the extra security was a plus. Will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was fine. Mostly ‘grab and go’ but eating outside was delightful. The waffle lady was very attentive and sweet. Good selection to pick from. The shower was sensational. Our plans changed and the staff was very accommodating.

It was super close to the Bronx Zoo we drove so it was a 10 minute drive. The staff went above and beyond bringing our kids a goodie bag for their trip to the Zoo. It was the first hotel we stayed at that we didn’t get a noise complaint from the room below us lol. My kids like to jump and dance and my 4 y/o has some hammer feet. Lastly the view from our room was amazing at night.
