Residence Inn by Marriott The Bronx at Metro Center Atrium

Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.

I got a 1 bed w/pull out on the 6th floor. It was spacious, clean, comfy. I loved how accommodating the staff were, they brought extra pillows when asked. And the kitchen staff was super nice during breakfast.

The room was booked by my son as a Mother's Day gift. My stay was amazing. The staff accommodated all my needs. The breakfast was also great, I loved all the food options. The room was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable. It was some of the best sleep I had. I thank you for a most memorable and needed experience.

I got Married here I booked a suite it was super nice. Separate bedroom living room area kitchen was a bonus. The view was not the best but did meet my expectations. The bed was so comfortable and pretty spacious. Overall it was a good experience staff was very friendly and helpful. Zero problem with checking in and the hotel was respectful of all COVID guidelines. There however was the fire alarm that went off at 4 am...it was crappy and cold out so happy it was a false alarm and I didn't have to stand in the rain on my wedding night. Check out was as 12 which helped with catching up on some much needed rest. I would recommend staying here. I plan on coming back on my 1 year anniversary.

Everything was just perfect. I felt very much accommodated. My husband got sick any staff was very thoughtful, very thoughtful and accommodating.
